Premium fraudulent SMS 81038 and 81083

Hello,
Having been a victim of fraudulent premium SMS through my operator Virgin Mobile, and facing exorbitant bills, I would like to know how the operators manage to make these SMS messages send from our mobiles, and then automatically or regularly resend from our mobiles.
A user (pmr?) said that it is indeed the operators who are behind this; who can provide me with information,
thank you

Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 8.0

      Thank you for your response, which I read, but the scam system is not the same because in my case the premium texts are sent from my mobile and charged to me, without me knowing how this can happen.
      I have just noticed a new fraudulent number, 81062, and I am horrified and outraged by this scam system! I had to cancel my plan. But I still don't know how to prove my good faith! Virgin Mobile doesn't seem to be reacting quickly; I am at the stage of dealing with the consumer service. I hope to find a solution.
      Who can help me?
      Thank you in advance;
