Hello,
Hoping that someone can help me and explain ... here in a few lines is my problem.
I recently received an email in my inbox from BADOO indicating that I won 100 free credits for Christmas. By clicking on the link out of curiosity, I found myself on a BADOO account in my name with lots of personal information like address / date of birth / first and last name.
My problem is that I never created this account before.
Has anyone ever dealt with this kind of issue? Could this received email, by clicking on the link, create a BADOO account without our knowledge, ...
Personally, I am completely lost and disillusioned because I feel like I am not in control of my personal data.
Thank you in advance for taking the time to read these few lines as well as for the feedback and help you could provide me...

Be careful, sometimes you might receive emails from Badoo, which means that one of your Facebook or MSN contacts, or someone else, has signed up for the Badoo website. These emails might claim that you have a photo of yourself on the site, but that's not true; it's their way of encouraging you to sign up for Badoo, stay alert!
As for the link between Badoo and Facebook, Badoo also uses Facebook to encourage people to create a Badoo account, but they do not create an account without the consent of the person concerned!

Good evening,
I just saw your message.
I regret to inform you that the registration was done without my knowledge.
In fact, I will likely file a complaint for identity theft to find out how the registration was made and from which computer (especially via the connection IP address).
Moreover, as I mentioned, the photos are taken from my Facebook profile.
Aside from my wife, who doesn't know this site, I don't see who could have created this account with my personal information, or someone who registered me without my knowledge.
See you soon. -
We find ourselves signed up on Badoo via our Facebook profile. This is totally illegal. Several members of my family have ended up there, including minors, with photos taken from their Facebook account. Mr. Zuckerberg may not have enough money, so he trades our personal information to sites like this. Given some time, any complaint could result in significant damages...
