Hello,
Check that you don't have a USB key connected to your PC, as this can sometimes cause errors during startup.
In my opinion, this is about the boot sequence of your computer. You need to go into your BIOS and change this sequence so that your hard drive is first, followed by the rest.-
Hello, first of all thank you for your response.
I went into the PC's BIOS on Boot
so I set these in order:
1 network boot: LEGACY PCI DEVICE
2 IDE2: OPTIARC DVD RW AD-7585H
3 USB CD DVD ROM:
4 IDEO:
5 IDE1:
6 USB FDD:
7 USB HHD:
But the problem persists so can you please inform me about the order to have?
Thank you. -

Indeed, I spoke with Packard Bell on the phone this morning, my issue seems to come from the hard drive.
I haven't changed it; it's the original. It was working very well the evening before I went to bed, and then in the morning
the issue appeared at the first startup.
What information would you need for guidance?
Thank you.
