Hello,

I need to manage the attendance list for rehearsals for the members of my company.
I have created in Access 2010 the table "Attendance" with the columns Members - Dates - Attendance.
Now I would like to output the listing in paper format presented as follows:

1st column: Members
Following columns: all the dates from the Attendance table
Intersection of the two columns: The abbreviation P for Present - A for Absent...

How can I print such a table in Access.....
The problem is, I do not know all the dates in advance, so how many columns my final table will have.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Safari 537.1

Hello,
By the way, is Access imposed on you ... ?
If yes, maybe a solution using a [pivot table] form ... !

Regards.

Hello dubugnonch.

In Access, tables hold your data, forms make it easier to enter and display that data, and reports allow you to easily print listings, thanks to the property sheets (to change the source table) and the command "Add Existing Fields" (which displays all the fields from the chosen table).
You might fumble a bit at first, but you should get used to it very quickly; you'll see, it's very handy!
