Canon D440 error message (system error E225)

Hello,

I just got a brand new Canon D440 copier. As soon as I turned it on, it gave me this message (SYSTEM ERROR E225). Now I can't do anything, neither copy, nor scan, nor print. Please, I need help. I couldn't find anything on the manufacturer's website that could solve my problem, and I don't know if my question is posted in the right forum!! I'm really in need, so if anyone has had the same problem and managed to resolve it, please let me know what to do.

Hi,

go to this page and download MF drivers 32 or 64 bits depending on your computer, you can find out by typing system information then download MF toolbox 32 or 64 bits, install them as they are supports that need to be installed to ensure the proper functioning of your Canon, also check if there are no issues inside your machine, cartridge, etc...
