I can't receive TF1, F2, and M6 anymore. Solved

I have a problem with my Samsung UE32D40003 television, a 32-inch LED model.
For the past two months, I have been missing certain channels (TF1, F2, M6), and the screen displays "weak or no signal, check the antenna cable connection." I have changed the cable with no results.
However, it is a collective antenna that works well for my neighbors and also suits my other TV (with a TNT decoder).

I tend to think that it is therefore the television that is at fault.
Has anyone encountered this problem and how did they resolve it?

Have you tried doing an automatic detection of the channels?
I'm not at all technical on this kind of problem, but sometimes there are simple things that work, and since I've already experienced losing the signal, I'm asking just in case.

question why this TV precisely?
At the antenna socket, channels (formerly known as transport frequencies) are arriving today on a channel that carries a multiplex, meaning several channels (from 3 to 6), and today there are six multiplexes, so six frequencies or transmitters. Each channel is sent by a distinct transmitter, which can either emit more weakly (like HD, for example) than others or be treated poorly by your antenna network. The result is that only certain channels are functioning poorly.
The cherry on top, if I may, is that not all televisions have the same sensitivity to the average signal. The solution is to ask your building management to call a technician who will measure the signal level at your socket and deduce the steps to take (weak or medium signal). This service is contractually covered in your rental charges. Just make sure to check the visual condition of your antenna connections (loose plugs, for example).

Hello,

And thank you all for your help.

In the end, it was indeed the TV that was the issue, although it wasn't defective.
It had to be reconfigured using the remote control, and it was my son, who returned from his internship last night, who was able to do it.
But why was the previous configuration no longer working? That's a mystery...!
