How to enable the webcam on Samsung R730

Hello,
I hope I’m asking my question in the right place...
I bought a Samsung R730 a year ago with Windows 7 and I never used the built-in webcam. Today, I need it but I can’t use it (only the audio works in video calls):
- I try to activate YouCam but it says: "no video device detected."
- I look in Device Manager and it says the device is functioning correctly, it is enabled and no updates seem to be necessary.
I should mention that I don’t know much about IT...
