Turn the webcam to black and white

I would like to find software to be able to put my webcam in black and white ..... I own the Acer webcam: Crystal Eye.

    You just need to set saturation to the minimum.

    In Audio & Video Settings > Webcam Settings, set "Saturation" to zero and you will have a black-and-white image. Have a good evening.

    Normally you don’t need any software, you go into your camera’s options and there you should be able to choose the colors or black and white mode; otherwise you go to the color options to get black and white.

      So could you tell me where the webcam options are or tell me how to get to them. :)

    Yes but I can't manage to set it up with the options ... thanks in advance ... the only options I have are: brightness, contrast, hue, saturation, sharpness, gamma correction, backlight compensation.

    Try this software ManyCam? It allows adding cool effects (including black and white)
    Not tested.

    Otherwise go see this site. It offers software that retrieves the photo right after taking it without it being compressed and so I think you could also add effects
