Page "becoquin.fr" opening unexpectedly

Hello,

A web page (www.becoquin.fr) occasionally opens while I’m browsing
I executed hijackthis, malware, and rsit, here is the report:

    Have you checked what starts up on boot? Is your antivirus up to date?

    Thank you for responding quickly.

    I have updated ESET NOD32.

    The "oub pr becoquin" page opens particularly when I download:
    - a video from YouTube (it's not systematic) via keepvid.
    - a program; the latest one was a plug-in for video (I can't remember which one...)

    Note: in my firewall, only "MUZ AOD APP Player" is allowed in public
    and it seems suspicious to me; is that a good thing?

    * Download ZHPDiag to your desktop:

    * Follow the installation instructions, it will launch automatically at the end.

    /!\Vista and Seven users:

    1/ Right-click on the ZHPdiag logo, “run as Administrator”

    2/ In the Zhpdiag interface, click on the Uac, it needs to be reactivated at the end of the cleaning.

    * Click on the screwdriver, select all modules.

    * Click on the icon representing a magnifying glass (“Start the diagnosis”)
    * Save the report to your Desktop using the icon representing a floppy disk
    * Host the ZHPDiag.txt report on Cjoint, then copy/paste the link provided in your next response on the forum:
