Hello,
I'm on Windows 10 and for several weeks now, a Bing page has been opening by itself, no matter whether I'm using Chrome, Firefox, or anything else.
The page in question is: http://www.bing.com/...
I feel like I've tried everything in my power: adw, gmer, malware antirootkit, blocking through the hosts file... I even restored my PC to factory settings and yesterday I reinstalled Windows: nothing works!
Does anyone have a clue?

I don't want to be too forward, but I think I've found the source of the problem: the HelpPane application (Windows help and support).
I deleted the file in C:/ and there haven't been any sudden openings of the Bing page "how to get help on Windows 10" for nearly an hour, which hasn't happened to me in months!
We'll see in the long run, but I'm marking the issue as resolved :)

Honestly, I don't know...
I suspected Cortana, so I disabled it and deleted all related files, but I still had the problem.
Maybe it's a shortcut key, but I don't know how to find out which one; it feels a bit random.
Yes, it opens a new tab, sometimes 10, 20...

Since it seems to be a laptop, you should disable the Touchpad... just to see.
And don't put your SmartPhone on the laptop, sometimes it does "weird stuff".

Follow the FRST tutorial. ( take the time to read carefully - everything is well explained ).
Download and run the FRST scan, 3 FRST reports will be generated:
Send these 3 reports to the website http://pjjoint.malekal.com/ and in return, provide the 3 pjjoint links to the reports here in a new response so that we can review them.
