Zynga Texas Holdem Poker connection issue

Hello, for a while now I haven't been able to connect to Zynga Texas Hold'em Poker via Facebook on public SFR Wi-Fi. However, when I’m on a non-public network (like my uncle's Freebox), I can connect to Texas Hold'em Poker. When I connect with public SFR Wi-Fi, it gets stuck on connecting and then 5 minutes later it says either that there's maintenance or that port 9339 is blocking access. Yet, this doesn't happen when I'm on my uncle's Freebox. Please help me.
My PC is Windows 7, if that helps, and it's a small PC.

    Yes, but before poker it was working and when I was playing poker all of a sudden I left my table and then I thought it was a bug so I reconnected and after that I can't connect anymore, yet it was working before :/
    and I can't find port 9339.

      Yeah, maybe I'll try to contact SFR public Wi-Fi, but every time I end up with their ultra-powerful virtual assistant called Lucie.
