Hello,
I can no longer access my PMU account; my number and my code are correct, but for 5 days now it has been impossible. Is there a connection with the browsing history that I deleted? If so, how can I resolve this, please?

This is not the first time unfortunately for a site like PMU, it's quite unacceptable. I play on 2 other horse betting sites, Zeturf and Turfez, and I must admit that it's much better than PMU in terms of payouts. The best remains Turfez in several areas.

Hello,
I haven't been able to connect via the PMU app (Android) on my smartphone to place bets for a week now. Yet the app was working fine. When you launch the app, the "Sport" tab works perfectly, but the "Horse Racing" tab closes by itself, preventing the connection.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is PMU planning an update to fix this bug issue?

Good evening, I've had a problem since May 4th as well, being unable to play a game. I couldn't reach a host because all communications were destined to fail (as they were supposedly all busy). I found a very simple solution; I downloaded MOZILLA and now everything is fine. I don't know if this can help you? I hope so.

I'm getting fed up. I've been betting on horse races for 35 years and the dissatisfaction is growing..

On Saturday, November 7, during the obstacle weekend, it was impossible to place a bet. Again last Monday, I couldn't validate my quinté.

As a result, I missed out on €150. And on top of that, the PMU is launching into sports betting.. Well done, gentlemen of the Pari Mutuel Urbain, please take care of horse bettors first before diving into football, rugby, cycling, and so on.

As a result: I opened an account on a site where I can bet on the quinté: Unibet. Now, no more worries.

So, gentlemen of PMU, respect and try to keep your clients above all else.

If so, the number is 01 56 09 91 00 "customer service", then you say you have an issue with PMU.fr and they will transfer you to the department that handles the internet.

There is a bug affecting around 10% of accounts, which prevents you from actually withdrawing money from the PMU account, since "my account", and also from depositing money to add funds to it..

I was told "the issue should be resolved within 1 or 2 weeks"...

Hello, it's the same for me since their change and especially the renewal of the site on May 4, 2010; I can't place bets. I can access my account without any problem, everything is fine up to that point, but then it gets stuck. I'll give you a little example: I choose a race and click on 'coupled', 'single OK' then 'validate OK', but as soon as I want to click on the chosen number, I can't check it off. I tried to contact them by email, no response!!! I tried to reach them by phone but their agents are always busy. It's a real scandal, if this continues I will close my account and go to zeturf. I already asked PMU this morning to transfer funds to my account because I'm so disgusted.

Following my phone call, the very next day, it finally worked, I finally had access to everything in the "my account" section... so I didn't wait long compared to what they had told me.

Otherwise, now I just need to test the welcome offer, I've reached the first €10, I will see the deadlines after the 5 minimum bets to trigger the next €10 of the offer.
"Contract" filled out on July 26 (5 bets made since the effective validation of the account), so I am at D+7 today.

As well as testing the referral system, a friend has already registered with my referral code and has sent the documents.

I'm just waiting for them to pay me what they owe so I can play again, because this month, between the EDF bill, water, etc., I'm going to be down to the last euro to finish the month... so no quarter-hour that I let myself get carried away in the gaming fever... lol

I'm really quite unlucky with PMU.fr; this time I just called again because my first referral isn’t showing up on my account, 10 days after my friend successfully got his account validated...

Otherwise, I put another €15 in my account for August, and I've lost it all... Anyway, that's gambling for you...
PMU is not to be taken lightly; you need to be very balanced not to gamble recklessly, because it's very tempting when you get a taste for it lol.
