Problem accessing online games loto-quebec

I had the same issue. Windows 7 but it seems that it's more of a security feature of Explorer.

Try this (found it in another discussion and it's from the customer service of Loto Québec). It worked very well for me and now everything is fine. Simple but you had to know it.

“I had the same problem. I thought it was my IP address, but the guy from Espace Jeux customer service told me to open Internet Explorer, go to Tools - Internet Options - Advanced - Settings. In the long list of settings, scroll down to the bottom. Check TLS 1.0. Click Apply and OK. Close and reopen Internet Explorer”

I had the same problem with Internet Explorer, you just need Mozilla Firefox and everything will be fine!

Just to let you know, I tried the "Roulette" and "Black Jack".

The last time I played "Roulette", in the last 10 spins, the number "19" came up... 5 times!!! Not once, not twice... 5 times!!! This is not random at all and could never happen in real "Roulette"!!!
