Hello,
I recently acquired a Samsung Galaxy S3, and I want to connect through Wi-Fi. I am with Orange, I have a Livebox, and I switched to the Open offer.
So I go to settings, Wi-Fi, I enter the WEP key, I press the button to retrieve the IP address and ... "An authentication error has occurred." So I can't connect to my box, my contacts are on a Google account, anyway ...
I really don't know what to do.
Thank you very much!
Configuration: Windows 7 / Safari 536.11

Hello, I’m here to provide a little help regarding this issue.
To resolve the problem, you need to go to the configuration interface of your Linksys modem router, then in the wireless tab you will find Wi-Fi Protected. Once you choose this option, you will have two possibilities: WPS (Enabled/Disabled), click on Disabled. Now you must select the manual option and save the settings at the bottom.
