The RETR command failed
Hello,
I can't configure my Yahoo mail on Thunderbird.
I keep getting the following message:
The RETR command failed. Error retrieving a message. The server pop.mail.yahoo.fr responded: problem retrieving message.
My operating system: Windows 7
My version of Thunderbird: 14
My email provider: Yahoo
My antivirus: Avast (free version)
SMTP account settings: smtp.mail.yahoo.fr PORT 587
POP account settings: pop.mail.yahoo.fr PORT 110
Did I forget to do something? I've emptied my spam folder on my Yahoo account; but some say I need to eliminate the spam in my inbox, except I have almost 10,000 unread emails, which I keep because I’ve been too lazy to sort them!
