Remove a script that slows down my computer

Hello,
I have a script on my computer that slows down or even prevents web pages from opening. I tried to delete it by following the instructions from forums, but nothing worked. I uninstalled Google Chrome and installed Firefox, but the problem remains. Eventually, I removed everything in favor of Internet Explorer, but it's still the same hassle. I have a Dell Inspiron PC running Windows 7. I'm pleading for your help to get me out of this mess because it has been going on for three days. The message that appears every time is: "STOP THE EXECUTION OF THIS SCRIPT: a script on this page is slowing down your web browser. If it continues, your computer may no longer respond." I would also like to mention that it slows down all functions (startup and shutdown) of my computer.

right now I'm experiencing the same issue; the first message explains it well, it's exactly like that. I did everything, I thought it was the internet, I did everything on that front. I even downloaded the software here to search for malware, everything seems fine on that side.
I proceeded with a deep scan using Avast, which found a file that is probably the cause of all this... It must have quarantined it, but nothing has changed since; it's getting worse. Like the client in the first post, I'm also using DELL pro...
