Good evening,
having bought a new hi-fi system (LG FA162) yesterday, I notice that when there is music coming from any source, FM, CD, auxiliary, the "bands" that are supposed to react to the sound do not move.
Here is a video to show you what I mean
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eEci-a_eIJo
Everything is normal for him, but for me the 5 "bands" (sorry, I don't know the name of these) stay at the bottom.
On the remote control, I have a button that allows me to display them in 6 different ways. I press it, and while it changes the display, they still do not move.
Thank you for your help.

Hello mike67190,
At this point, you need to check two options of your product.
Try changing the display mode by pressing the "Disp.Mode" button.
You have 6 different display spectra.
And finally, disable the DIMMER feature by pressing the DIMMER button.
If the issue persists, it may be a mechanical malfunction, particularly with the cables linked to the product's digital display.
Therefore, you should take advantage of customer service to resolve this situation.
