Hello,

On my TCL TV, there is a flashing box in the bottom left corner that says (Factory mode: p) and I can't turn it off.
If someone could solve my problem that would be great, thanks in advance.

    Have you restored the factory settings?
    Check in the TV's user mode.

    Hello...

    To exit "factory" mode, if you don't provide the model of your TV, I don't think anyone will be able to help you...!
