Help - Delay for Certicode to be active

Hello,
I am a customer of La Banque Postale. I wanted to make a transfer online because the merchant website would have charged me €5 if I had chosen the payment by credit card.
I couldn't make a transfer until I validated the Certicode.
So I went to the post office to ask to activate the famous Certicode. The clerk told me that it would be active within the next two days. It still isn't. What should I do?

La Banque Postale is not working at all. I've been trying for a year to change my mobile number for my Certicode, and it still doesn't work; it's still my old number. I've been to the counter four times, I called my advisor who told me to call 3639, then they gave me another person and yet another number, and still another. I've sent emails, and in the end, I asked them to remove the Certicode. It's apparently deactivated, but when I try, it still works. I'm really fed up; it blocks me when I need to use it online, and no one at La Banque Postale can give me an answer. No one knows what to do. I'm really fed up.

I have the same problem, I went to the counter dozens of times to see an advisor, called customer service, and no one is there to help me. I can't even buy my plane ticket, I'm stuck.
