Freebox v6 purple light stuck

Good evening, since last night, my Freebox was on standby and when I turned it on, bam! the purple light, I tried unplugging and plugging the power cable back in but no, every time it goes into standby and a second later it shows a purple light, so I left it unplugged and tonight I tried again, and then another misfortune happened, it does exactly the same thing but as soon as it changes color (from red to purple) it goes voom.
Here it is, I hope people will respond to me, because my mother is really desperate.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 13.0.1

    Finally, we called them and we changed it, the second time they gave us a defective Freebox :/ ...
