Hello,

After turning on my Freebox V6, a black screen appeared with the launch of the rescue firmware download 1.6. The download reaches 100% and the firmware writing begins...
Except that after about 10 seconds, an error appears:
"Error 35-D5: Firmware writing has failed"

It is impossible to turn off the Freebox player without doing a hard reboot. And of course, after each restart, the process starts again and always with the same error...

What should I do???

Thank you in advance for your responses and ideas

Configuration: Mac OS X / Safari 534.51.22

Thank you for your advice, but to be honest, I would like to avoid going through Free... I know their process. They will send me a technician who won't be able to do anything, I'll have to send back the Freebox and wait for them to send me another one... In total, over a month without TV or internet...

That's why I hope that another solution exists... Anyone else?

It's the only solution if you have a bug with your Freebox; only they can do something for you. If you don't do this, your Freebox will be useless.
