Hello!

I am contacting you today to raise a call for help to the CCM community. Indeed, since I tried to dust off my PC some time ago, when I try to turn it on, it often displays "HDMI Power Management"!

I have to force restart it about 15 times before the screen finally displays the source.

I have already read some topics regarding this issue, but they say it could be related to the graphics card or the power supply: How could this be possible, given that it works sometimes? It should either be completely white or completely black, right?

I checked to make sure it wasn't me who accidentally unplugged a cable or something while dusting off my tower, but I didn't see anything abnormal. However, this problem didn't happen to me before I dusted it off...

My graphics card is a GTS 250.

Thank you in advance for your responses...

Configuration: - Windows 7
- Opera 12.00

"How could that be possible, given that it works sometimes?"

    Intermittent failure = loose connection.

Unplug and plug it back in correctly.

Because the manuals don't say everything...
    But not nothing either, right!

I have already completely unplugged the screen, and I have already tried to plug it back in many times, but nothing works, the problem persists :/ ! However, it is true that when I push on the HDMI port of the screen, the source seems to come more easily, and with fewer attempts.

"I've already completely disconnected the monitor"

I'm not talking about the monitor, but about the graphics card.

      Change the cable as well.
