Combien de temps pour un nom de domaine libre

Question

Bonjour, 

Je compte récupérer un nom de domaine, et quand j'ai fait un whois y'avait marqué ça 
"created: 02/06/2011 
last-update: 03/06/2012" 

Ça veut dire qu'il sera à nouveau libre quand ? 

Je précise que je connais l'ancien propriétaire, et il ne souhaite pas renouveler le nom de domaine.
