Mix photos in a folder

Hello,

let me explain: 1200 photos in folder1: order of appearance

when I open the folder:
that I renamed: Image1, Image2, etc.
but there's always the same series of photos...
if Image2 = beach
if Image3 = beach
if Image4 = beach

I would like Image3 and 4 not to be next to each other:
and others:

so they need to be selected manually
or renamed one by one!
