How to erase text on a photo using paint.net?

not being a computer pro, I'm coming to ask for a bit of help..

could someone explain to me how to remove text from a photo using paint.net?

step by step if possible..

    Hello,

    Paint.Net is not the ideal software for doing this job properly, but you can still remove text and images with the clone stamp. The settings for the latter leave much to be desired, so there will always be traces. Here http://ioj.com/v/t232v it’s easy: the background is black, but where I removed a bit of the image, it’s noticeably worse...
