    1 - There is no option for email responses
    2 - You should never post an email address on a forum, otherwise you risk being spammed excessively, as bots constantly scour the web.
    3 - If you want to send an email address to a forum member, you should use the Private Messages feature.
    Regarding your problem, the site is likely down, hence the impossible access.
