Empire Total War without Steam - Installation

Hello,

My computer on which I want to install Empire Total War does not have internet, so I cannot install Steam, nor can I perform the initial update.

Is Empire Total War MANDATORY to have Steam?

The problem is that the computer I want to install Empire Total War on doesn't have internet, and I can't get it installed. I got a virus on that computer and I think it damaged something, and since then, I haven't been able to restore the connection.

As written on the box, yes. But only temporarily: you put your computer where it can have internet, you install Steam and Empire, you set Steam to start automatically when your PC boots up, and you set Steam to offline mode and you will be able to play it without internet.

Bonjour, j'ai acheté aujourd'hui ETW avec NTW, j'ai créé mon compte Steam et là, impossible de télécharger le jeu avec le CD. Je suis obligé de passer par Steam, ce qui dure 8 heures... Avec le CD, j'ai un message d'erreur qui apparaît : "échec de l'exécution du script d'installation". Que faire et pouvez-vous m'aider ? J'ai beau faire tous les forums, aucun ne m'aide.
