MPEG-4 audio file (protected)

Hello

My question seems simple, but...:
How can I convert "MPEG-4 audio files (protected)" (=> purchased on iTunes) to mp3, since MPEG-4 takes up as much space as a WMA file, but is only playable on iTunes?
Let’s just say that creating an mp3 CD of what we "buy" has become almost impossible...
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

Good evening
I downloaded iTunes, you go to edit - preferences and you request the extraction in MP3 directly. A+ Papy Chapo

You should try to set it up before buying in:
edition -preferences- advanced- import:
There you ask for MP3
and then you buy

You can convert online with Media Convert... It's a bit slow but it works...

I have exactly the same problem as you, and I'm still looking for a solution!!
If you have one on your side, let me know, and I will do the same if I find a solution!
Thank you!

Thank you very much.

However, if you also had a solution to not use CDs, that would be cool :p

See you later

OK. Finally, there's always an alternative solution, but I don't see myself doing that every time...
By burning everything onto a regular audio CD and then copying the CD onto the PC, it seems to work...
But as I've already said, I'm not going to start burning a CD for 2-3 songs every time (even a rewritable CD), it will become tedious in the end,...
