La mémoire ne peut pas être

Bonjour

lorsque je ferme digital média home ,il y a affiché Mediahub. exe - erreur d'application puis :

l'instruction à " 0x00a8acf0" emploie l'adresse mémoire "0x00f3ef50" ,la mémoire ne peut pas être"written".

Cliquez sur ok pour terminer le programme ,je ne sais pas quoi faire pour résoudre le problème car je suis un débutant.

merci de m'aider.

Bonjour,

je ne sais pas si tu as cherché sur le web 'mediahub.exe', mais tu as peut etre déjà trouvé que le problème vient de l'installation de WMP 11. Il faut apparmment revenir sur WMP 10.

De plus sonic decoit car ils ne veulent pas corriger, mais faire payer pour l'upgrade sur creator 9. j'ai donc une versionOEM de sonic sur mon pavilon HP, mais avec 0 support. Pas engageant du tout , je crois que je vais adopter Nero, qui est un peu fouilli et + compliqué, mais qui supporte les version antérieures, lui!

Salut c'et de René de la Réunion. En faut pour résoudre le probléme je lance le raccourci en mode compatilité Windows 98.
Il faut faire un bouton droit sur le raccourci "Roxio DigitalMedia Plus". Choisit l'onglet compatibilité et prendre Windows 98 dans la liste.

j'ai régler le problème en supriment lecteur window media 11 pour reprendre la version 10 et ça marche bonne chance

Cause There are a few reasons this may be happening:

# Your Dell copy of Sonic Digital Media is incompatible with Windows Media Player 11.
# You need to reregister an xml.dll file
# Windows Media Player 11 is having compatibility issues.
Resolution Dell Sonic Digital Media Customers:

The provided fix is intended for Dell computers ONLY. Sonic has created a fix for this issue which will be posted on both Dell and Sonic support web sites.

If you’re computer is not a Dell computer or if the product version listed does not match the version installed on your system, please do not download and continue to the MyDVD or DigitalMedia Plus 7 Customers section of this article. This fix pertains to Dell versions of Sonic Digital Media version SC 204.

If you’re Dell installed software is encountering this issue under Windows XP (SP2), please download and install the following patch and follow the instructions.

1. Download the following patch to your desktop: http://docs.roxio.com/patches/Data204Plus.exe (30 MB)
2. Launch the patch installer from your desktop.

MyDVD or DigitalMedia Plus 7 Customers

To re-register your xml.dll:

1. Go to your start menu and open "Run".
2. Copy and paste or type the following command into the Open window:

regsvr32 msxml3.dll

3. Click OK
4. Make sure it says it succeeded
5. Restart the computer, and re-launch



If Step 1 does not solve the problem, it may be caused by having Windows Media Player 11 installed on your machine. To discontinue this error, please do the following:

1. Click on Start -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs.
2. Highlight Windows Media Player 11 and click on Remove.
3. Once done, restart your computer.
4. Once you are back in Windows, open up Internet Explorer and click on the link below:

5. Scroll down and select Windows Media Player 10.
6. Click on the Download button and go through the Validation screens.
7. Choose Save and save it to your Desktop.
