WIN 32 AD AWARE GEN ( ADW )
Bonjour,
je vous écris car mon pc depuis le 22 mai bug a savoir l écran devient noir ou violet et un message apparaît qui me dit que le pilote d affichage a été récupéré . Suite à ce soucis j'ai lancer une analyse via Avast qui m a trouve une menace nommée Win 32 Ad aware - gen ( adw ) . Impossible de le mettre en quarantaine !!
Pour pouvoir vous écrire obliger de passer par le mode sans échec sans quoi , en mode normal le moniteur se brouille au bout de 3mn... :(
En esperant que quelqu un puisse m aider , et que mon pc ( que je viens d acheter d occaz ) ne soit pas fichu , j essaye de trouver une solution sur le net....

Avant toute chose j'ai quelques points à t'éclaircir
Sache que ça ne sera pas moi qui te désinfecterai car je n'ai pas le droit ni l'autorisation de le faire
Sois très patient car les helpeurs confirmés sont bénévoles et ont une vie en dehors du forum
Par contre pourrais tu faire une capture d'écran de la menace d'avast
