USB keyboard TnB issue

Hello,
Today I bought a T'nB USB keyboard (ref: KBSUBK) certified compatible with MacOS/Win7 at Fnac. My problem is that some keys give quite strange and annoying results.
When I press n it types n§,
b and the opening parenthesis give b( and the exclamation point key gives =) the same goes for the closing parenthesis...
Basically, if I type normally: I'm going to end up going crazy§ ( =)
It took me 5 good minutes to write this... Any solutions?

1- You indicate it's compatible with Mac and PC, but what are you working on? Mac or PC?
2- Did you restart your computer after plugging it in?
3- Did you test your keyboard on another USB port?
4- Did you test your keyboard on another computer?
