Hello,
So here is my problem, I bought a Bluetooth keyboard with a Bluetooth USB dongle.
During the connection, I didn't have time to retrieve the PIN code, and now when I want to connect the keyboard, it asks me for the code directly without giving it back to me.
From what I've seen online, I have already:
- uninstalled and reinstalled Bluetooth,
- checked the code by going to add a device (there I get a code which I note down) but as soon as I turn on Bluetooth, it tells me too late, the connection was not fast enough, and of course, if I enter the code afterwards, it no longer works.
- I tried to reset the PC but it indicates an inability to continue beyond 35%...
Anyway, I don't know what else to do after 6 hours of searching for solutions, I can't take it anymore....
Thanks to everyone who might help me.
Thanks to all
Configuration: Android / Firefox 55.0

Re- Hello,
Well, I've solved my problem, proof that the night brings advice...
For my part, I had to go to Devices and Printers, click on add a device, find the device (for me the Jelly Comb keyboard listed as Keyboard 3.0 Bluetooth), click on it and then click on the phrase "Give a new password" to switch to the other one, and there, you need to know that the default keyboard is in uppercase!!!! So enter the password (be careful, there is no inscription) and hit enter.
The pairing then takes place and everything is okay...
There you go, I hope this can help someone to avoid spending 10 hours pulling their hair out.
Good luck to all.
