Hello,
I think I have a problem with my computer.
When I open it, it says there is a problem with the "hard disk," I believe, and it tells me to go to: /sites/details/hp.com www.hp.com]\go\teachcenter\startup. But the site doesn't exist, and the computer is very slow. It's been like this for 3 days, and I've had the computer since July.
What should I do??

hello everyone
I also struggled because I wanted to format Windows 8 to install Windows 7. I made the changes in the UEFI BIOS of Windows 8 by disabling SECURE BOOT and enabling the command line just above to switch to LEGACY, then I exited while saving the changes. The problem I encountered was that I faced the same issue as you
and it asked me to change the values, but I couldn't find how. By chance, I found out how to do it (you just need to turn off your PC manually for 5 seconds and then turn it back on, then you will have 3 options) it will ask you to repair Windows, and at that point, YOU NEED TO CHOOSE TO REPAIR WINDOWS FROM YOUR WINDOWS 7 DVD 32 or 64 Bits. Then you will need to format normally as for Windows 7.
PS: It worked for me with a HP G7 laptop.
For your information, I followed the recommendations here https://lecrabeinfo.net/desinstaller-windows-8-et-revenir-a-windows-7.html except that I was stuck during the restart.

good luck
