Virus envoyant des emails partout !

Bonjouur !!

J'ai un petit (gros) problème de virus... Ben je sais que vu les symptomes je suis infecté : envoi massif d'emails sans que je demande rien, ça je le sais parce que norton fait 150 analyses d'emails tout le temps... Ne détecte rien et laisse partir. Bon j'ai du bol avec kerio je bloque le processus en question : Generic Host Process for Win32 devices (à priori un processus pas méchant, non?) et donc là je n'ai plus mes messages. Mais suffit que je le débloque et... Bah c'est reparti pour ma tournée et je spamme le monde entier ! Pas cool.... Une idée de comment je peux virer ça?
J'ai norton antivirus qui ne détecte rien, Windows defender non plus (notez que je n'ai pas pu le mettre à jour depuis fin novembre, l'installation de IE7 fait planter mon PC et sauf erreur de ma part Win defender se met à jour par windows update).
Je peux toujours envoyer des mails via outlook express...
