Hello everyone!
Let me explain my problem: I updated to Photoshop CS6! But when I use the text tool, the text writes to the left while normally it writes to the right..
I never had this problem in CS5! I reinstalled it, etc. but it's still the same.
I assume there's a setting that needs to be changed but I don't know which one..
Thanks in advance to those who can help me (:
Configuration: Windows 7 / Safari 535.19

By default with Photoshop CS6, when typing text, it is written from right to left instead of left to right. (Ex: if you type 10/01 you get 01/10)
To write in the correct direction, go to Edit - Preferences - Type...
Set the Text Engine options to East Asia instead of Middle Eastern.
Restart Photoshop.

? But what the hell is this
I’ve looked through the options but I can’t find anything. It's strange, it feels like an Arabic language version...
(My font settings were set to an Arabic script.)
You need to edit the "Paragraph Style":
Menu "Text" > Sub-menu "Panels" > "Paragraph Style Panels"
Then you need to edit the "Basic Paragraph" by double-clicking on it, then:
Tab "Formats: Basic Characters" > "Font Family"
If the font family is set to Adobe Arabic, you need to change it to another one like Arial for example.
You will then get a new style called "Paragraph Style 1".
Then just open a new document to work... and there you go!
