Hello, I still haven't solved my problem with the subtitles that I can't remove on my Philips TV. If anyone can provide me with an explanation, I thank you.

Hello AL,

In general, to enable or disable subtitles, you can use the "subtitle" button on your TV remote.

To assist you better, could you please provide me with the following information:

1- The model of your TV,

2- Do you receive signals via a digital terrestrial receiver or are you directly connected to a TV antenna?
