LG TV Issue: Subtitles Always On

Hello,

For several months now, my LG TV has been displaying subtitles by default. When I remove them, if I channel surf, they are still active, including on the channel where I had disabled them.

With France2, it's worse because I have to disable the audio description for the visually impaired every time!

Any ideas?
Configuration: iPad / Safari 9.0

    Hello,
    Try unplugging the power supply, wait a quarter of an hour, and then plug it back in.
    If that doesn't work and if you have access to the menu, do a reset (factory settings), but you will have to redo all the installation and settings.

      Issue resolved... but at the same time, I didn't do anything! Maybe I had a power outage.
