Unable to run the screensaver ....

Hello,
I have a problem with my screensaver, when it activates, a black screen appears with the message: unable to run the screensaver because it requires a newer DirectX or one compatible with Direct 3D:
I ran a DirectX diagnostic, there's no problem but it seems strange that in the display tab, DirectX features, it states Not available for the 3 criteria (Direct3D, DirectDraw, and Texture)
Could the problem also come from the resolution? A month ago when I returned to the PC, the resolution had totally changed! (it was all big) I am currently at 1600x1200 (16 bits)
When I go to the advanced settings of the resolution screen, under the card tab, it states NOT available, is that normal?
Configuration: Windows 7 Home Premium Edition / Internet Explorer 9.0 DirectX 11
