"protection" that blocks my home theater

Question

Hello everyone. Recently, I bought myself an LG HT355SD home theater system and it was working very well. One day I turn it on and on the display of my device, the word "protection" is scrolling and I cannot access any functions of my device except for the DVD player.
Please, help me.

Hello, please check your user manual, it should be mentioned Otherwise, contact LG customer service.

Hi  check if you don't have the speaker wire touching along the wire that goes from the amp to the speakers; it's enough if the two wires touch for the amp to go into protection mode.
