Hello, for about 3 days my Freebox has not been syncing and is stuck on step 4. It worked again last night around 7 PM and this morning it was desynchronized again. I changed my telephone wall socket but nothing has changed. I contacted Free's online support, who opened an incident ticket for me and said they would check their equipment, etc.
Can you please help me? Thank you.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 11.0

AMD Athlon II X2 2ghz Windows 7 Home Premium Nvidia GeForce 320m

Hello,

Problem with your line or at the DSLAM.
Only Free can resolve the situation.
Let the tests be done for a return to normal.

OK, she vaguely got back online 10 minutes ago and then desynchronized again. I had the same kind of problem with Alice and then SFR. I'm starting to think this line is haunted.

  My Freebox is working again but in snail mode, my bitrate is 6800 kbit/s instead of 9300 kbit/s. I hope it will go back to normal. Moreover, my ADSL protocol is no longer ADSL2+ but only ADSL2, which is strange.

  Your Freebox has detected a fault in the ADSL signal, so the speed is throttled to minimize line errors.

  I live in an apartment and I only have one phone socket. Will my speed return to normal someday? Because I can't use the multi TV, I just got it. By the way, my Freebox started to desynchronize the day I received my second Freebox decoder.

  It's simple, if the upstream tests carried out by Free are OK, then if you still have a speed issue or sync losses, they will send you a Free technician.
  Check your management interface for the incident ticket tracking and above all, do not cancel the appointment they will offer you even if you think you are back to normal.
