Hello,
I have µtorrent, and every time I open my computer, it checks all my files that are currently downloading, and it annoys me. I searched for a solution on the internet, and they said to go to: options-preferences-advanced-bt.graceful_shutdown and set it to false, and that's what I did, but it's not working.

Before shutting down the computer or closing Utorrent, go to the left side of the page where it says Torrents, right-click and then stop (the downloads), then restart your computer and then restart all the downloads.

Hello,
You go to Preferences (the gear icon), on the left side of the dialog box select General and on the right side, uncheck Start at Windows startup. That's it.
