Bonjour, j'ai un problème quand je tente d'installer la version d'évaluation de Adobe Première CS5 j'ai ce message d'érreur:

Impossible de l'installer j'ai voulu chercher sur le site d'abobe ou ils expliquent comment résoudre le problème mais je ne comprends pas car c'est anglais et surtout ça à l'air compliqué et pas clair est-ce que quelqu'un à déjà eu ce problème ou connait la solution ? C'est vraiment très important car j'en ai besoin pour monter des films amateurs et ça fait 3 jours que je m'arrache les cheveux...
Merci d'avance ;)

EDIT: Au cas où je suis sous windows 7 en 64 bits.

Essayez en fermant votre moteur de recherche (Firefox, Internet Explorer etc...0.).

Merci de votre réponse mais j'ai déjà essayer de l'installer avec aucun autre programmes d'ouvert et cela sans résultat :(

Vous avez tenté une désinstallation complète et une réinstallation? En effet, vous avez eu un échec d'installation.

Comment ça ? Je n'arrive pas à l'installer donc comment je pourrais le désinstaller ?
J'ai peut être mal compris en tout cas j'ai éssayé de de tout supprimer et de recommencer à 0 en retéléchargeant le fichier mais rien n'y fait..

Retournez sur le site, téléchargez une nouvelle fois la version d'essai et installez là. L'autre=> poubelle.

Vous pourriez lancer une restauration système, mais à titre perso, sous Windows 7 Integrale 64 bits cela n'a jamais fonctionné.
Un autre idée, installer une ancienne version, puis la nouvelle. Une mise à jour en sorte.

Installer l'ancienne version (Adobe Première CS4) pourquoi pas mais je n'arrive pas à la trouver..

A noter que j'ai cette erreur également pour After Effetc CS5 je voulais l'utiliser pour des effets spéciaux mais également impossible de l'installer..

bonjour j'émet un avis si le logiciel n'est pas acheté et si il a été déjà utilisé à l'essai il est probable comme avec d'autres logiciels en essai
qu'il n'est plus possible de les télécharger gratuitement à l'infini (logique)

Oui mais étant donné que l'installation échoue je n'ai pas pu activer ma version d'essai donc je pense que le problème ne vient pas de là.

Admettons mais comment je pourrais avoir d'anciens fichier du logiciel si c la première fois que je l'installe ? (je viens d'avoir un nouveau PC donc c'est pour ça que ça m'étonne)

si c'est la première fois mes réponses sont caduques il faut revoir votre méthode d'installatiion comme dit stewartia désactiver les logiciels
en arrière plan (antiiviirus ,firevox) avez vous windows 32 ou 64bits
il faut choisir la bonne version

faire une restauration à une date antérieure à votre premiere tentative

J'avais précisé que j'avais la version 64 de windows 7 familial prenium et j'ai bien la bonne version du logiciel.
Quand je lance l'installation aucun programme n'est ouvert : ni navigateur, ni antivirus etc..
