You need a minimum bandwidth of 7 Mbps... I have the same problem as you, and I therefore don't see how we could solve it.

Hello, I found the answer: the problem comes from the fact that if the bandwidth is not high enough, your line can only decrypt one channel at a time.
To be able to change channels on VLC, you need to turn off the HD receiver, because once it is on, you can only watch the same channel...

I had the same problem. It's not a bandwidth issue.
There is a way to solve it:
- go to the Free website
- section "television" in the left column
- then section "multiposte"
- click on "general terms and conditions of sale"
- enter your username and password to accept the terms
- wait 24 hours
- restart the Freebox (the main box, not the one for the TV)

Try it and it should work

P.S.: occasionally it gets blocked again, then you'll need to repeat the process and wait 24 hours
