    Thank you for your quick responses. It's a poem written at school in purple ink in the 1940s. Unfortunately, the ink has faded and a whole part is practically illegible. We can guess: "Poetry by Geo ----" maybe Brun?
    The end is more readable and is sublime:

    "Ah! if all the greats of the Earth
    Thought well, in declaring it,
    That there should never be war again
    To dry the eyes of mothers."

    I found the author: Géo Beuf.
    Poem written in 1946.
    But I still lack the poem which seems, based on the still readable lines, magnificent.
    If someone can find us the text.
