Great difficulty reproducing "CAPTCHA" - Often impossible

koltermann -
Hello,

It is practically impossible to reproduce LETTERS AND NUMBERS "CAPTCHA", even when reproduction is very easy. As a result, I cannot submit the information sheet and the attached message. I have noticed this problem very frequently. What should I do?
Thank you for your help.

Best regards.

It is important to pay attention to properly differentiate between uppercase and lowercase letters.

I don't know if it can be useful, but I suggest the "magnifier", under Seven for example:
        start
        magnifier (enter)
You navigate on the page with the mouse cursor.
        it's a "habit to take"
