Hello,
I installed a new printer, the Epson Stylus Office BX305FW. The installation went well, and the printer works fine (via Wi-Fi). It functions with Word on Windows and with Paint... However, I need to print Excel documents and I have a problem
Excel does not recognize the printer (Excel Office 2007)
It gives me this message: "The current printer is not connected or is not working correctly. Please select another printer." When I click OK, I only have two possible choices
fax or Microsoft XPS Document Writer.
If I choose either one, I get a new window containing the option "Find a printer," but if I click there, a new error message appears
"The Active Directory directory services are currently unavailable."
In short, I don't understand anything. My printer works well with other Office software but seems to not exist for Excel???
We have uninstalled Office and reinstalled it, but the problem remains.
Thank you for your help, and if you need more information, feel free to ask.
I am on Windows 7 and I am using Internet Explorer 8
Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 8.0
