Hello,

I bought the Medion E82005 slide scanner, but the software and installation manual are missing from the box. After contacting Medion, they are asking me for €23 to obtain the software!!! It's outrageous... Without the drivers, it's impossible to make the device work....
Can anyone help me figure out how to get this device working or possibly provide me with a copy of the software?

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 3.6.18

    Didn't you have an installation CD for ArcSoft MediaImpression 2 in the package?

      No, I don't have any CDs in the box. Medion is asking me for proof of purchase in order to send me the CD, but the receipt has become unreadable.... But if all I need is the Arcsoft MediaImpression 2 software to make the device work, I might be able to download it online?

      Return the receipt, as long as the printed date is legible.

      The trial version (demo) is downloadable here: https://arcsoft-mediaimpression.fr.softonic.com/ but I don't know if you will still be able to use it after the trial period...
      Apparently, there are very few features in this trial version.

      Another solution is to go back to the store with your receipt, the device, and the box to exchange it or get a refund.
