Open a .tif document

Hello, what software should I download to open a .tif document?

Because by default Windows is not able to open certain TIFF documents.

For example, I scan a good number of personal documents in TIFF CCITT Group 4 (which allows for A4 documents to be preserved at 360 dpi in black & white for less than 100 KB per page, generally around 50 KB).
Extremely convenient for archiving documents.

It turns out that this TIFF format (used for example by faxes) is unknown to many software applications.
Xnview reads them without any problem.

And with XNview, I am pretty sure I can open any type of image (it reads more than 400 different formats).
