Convert or open a document in tif

Bonjour, from my fax I receive documents in TFI format. They are printed by my Lexmark but opening them directly on my PC doesn’t work. Does anyone know how to resolve this and what needs to be downloaded? Thank you, Francis (bmw5478)

    In case someone has the same question:

    There is no need to install anything, you just need to save the received document on your hard drive and open it with "Paint," which is provided on any computer equipped with Windows.

      Then save it in the format you want... JPEG, GIF, etc....
