Hello,
I would like to create a blank template so that I can print it and fill it in by hand.
However, I want to scale the y-axis for weight (from 200 kg to 0) and the x-axis for dates (I would like to have the ticks but the dates are unknown).
How can I do this in Word or Excel?
Thank you in advance.

Word to exclude: it’s a word processor.
Excel :
* Enter a table with the number of rows you need for the x-axis, and in the second column "Weight," enter 200 as the first (and only) value.
* Delete the legend and add vertical gridlines.
* Add axis names.
* Optional: Option "Do not display the horizontal axis" or set the color to white for the horizontal axis ticks.
* If you wish, you can use the axis options to set the maximum scale to 200 (Excel suggests 250) and add a secondary grid.

On the y-axis, I want the weight with a scale starting at 200 and increasing by 10, and on the x-axis, I want dashes so that I can put the dates.
Did you look at my file?
